Child Care System Environments are Healthy for Growing Children or Not

In ancient times, people use to look after their children in their home. One partner used to go on work and other looks after the homely affairs and children. But as the time changed everyone’s needs changed, one should say increased. So these increased compelled both parents to work outside home but in all these children remained alone at home. So to fulfil this loneliness of children child care centres came into existence. This working culture and increasing demands and expenditures have resulted into the rise of these child care centres. But parents are still in confusion whether this child care systems are healthy for their children or not.

Because in ancient times one parent used to look after children and that parent used to inculcate all moral, social values in the children but today who will inculcate these values in children. Are these child care centres capable of inculcating these social and moral values? That is the burning question in terms of child care now-a-days. The child care experts generally say that child should be kept with parents. If possible not with both then one should live with the child because this creates an emotional bonding with parents. But if the child is living in child care centres then it is not possible for child to get attached to its parents. Then it will create a rift between the child and parents. Child will always think that his parents do not have time for him then why he or she thinks about its parents. So today’s parents have to consider this problem seriously whether children are important to them or money is important.

But if the financial condition of the home is not good and they are forced to work to give a good lifestyle to their children then an alternative path should be finding to get rid of this problem. Since there is some child care centres which provide homely environment but for this parents have to interact with lots of people and have to consider all aspects of child care centres so that their child should get all facilities which they cannot give in their absence. So there are some criteria according to which parents can consider any child care centres.

So below criteria can be very beneficial for parents:-
a)    Location of the child care centre should be in a peaceful atmosphere away from pollution and dirtiness.

b)    Parents should send their children to that child care centre which is near to their home.

c)    Parents should take information of their child from time to time.

d)    It is the duty of child care centre also to give every minute detail about their child to their parents.

e)    All terms and conditions should be asked by parents before so that afterwards it does not become the apple of discord.

f)    All medical facilities, hygiene, sanitation facilities, playing environment, feeding environment should be proper so that child do not feel uncomfortable there.
